Renee is a thought leader in the areas of Human Capital Strategy, Top Team Performance, Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development, with over 25 years’ experience building the individual, team and organizational capabilities that drive business performance.

Having worked as both an external consultant and internal practitioner, Renee has a unique understanding of the leadership and organizational dynamics that help or hinder success. As a senior business leader, Renee served as the Global Head of Learning & Leadership Development for LexisNexis where she designed a global virtual Business Acumen program for the top 100 Leaders. At Avon, she was Executive Director, Service Model Transformation and Global Talent Management where she led a major e-commerce transformation and created a “ready now” pipeline of talent for the direct reports to Avon’s CEO. At Travelport, Renee was Vice President, Organizational Development where she built the OD & Talent infrastructure and a global team as the company tripled in size though acquisition. At Prudential Financial, Renee was Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness where she worked closely with senior leaders to transform their organizations in support of the firm’s move to a public company.

Renee has been featured on Altruistic Leadership’s Take-A-Lesson, Crain's New York Business Forum: Managing Talent in a Turbulent Economy, and the Talent Management Alliance Conference on Leading Transformational Change. She has been quoted in Training & Development and Essence magazines, and has served as an adjunct professor of Strategic Transformation at Rutgers Business School. Renee holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is a founding member of the New Jersey Organizational Development Network and an Advisory Board Member for the Girls Action Network.
