Linda Bodnar, Ph.D., SPHR

Linda is an executive coach and organization development consultant with over twenty years of experience in developing and implementing approaches for improving management, executive, and organizational effectiveness.  Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, organizational assessment/development, team development, multi-rater feedback, and career planning.  She has worked with large, medium-size, and small companies across industries such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, professional services, and non-profit organizations.

Professional Background

Prior to her current coaching and consulting practice, Linda was Vice President, Management Development at Prudential Financial.  In that role, she created and ran a management/executive coaching process, served as an organization development consultant and facilitator on a wide range of projects, and developed and coordinated the company’s Executive MBA sponsorship program.

In earlier assignments, Linda managed a full range of company-wide organization development projects, including planning and implementing employee opinion surveys and evaluating and revising the performance management system.  Linda had similar roles at Nabisco and NYNEX (now Verizon).

Linda received her Ph.D. and M.A., in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She has her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certificate as well as certifications in a number of assessment and 360-degree feedback tools, including Hogan Assessments, CCL Benchmarks, and PDI Profilor.

Linda is a member of SIOP (Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology), NJOD (NJ Organization Development Learning Community), NJHRPG (NJ Human Resources Planning Group), and HRPS (/Human Resources Planning Society).
