Basil P. Rouskas, MBA,  CEO

Basil is a management consultant, coach, mentor, advisor and expert in Executive Development. His philosophy has two key anchors:  “When executives commit to something they believe in and fully leverage their strengths, they can achieve extraordinary results.” This philosophy has been consistently validated throughout his experience in corporate life and in the consulting world where he has been a leader, mentor, business coach and professional advisor to thousands of leaders.

In 2004, Basil co-founded NovAspire, Inc., with his partner and wife Dr. Tamara Goldstein, to bring to life their dream of a powerful change process for extraordinary leadership.  This followed the divestiture of Basil Rouskas Associates, Inc., a Fortune 1000 management-consulting firm in Human Resources Development, he had founded in 1988. Under Basil's leadership the company created a successful versatile portfolio of products and coaching/development services that included leadership development for today’s knowledge worker and an action-learning-based coaching program, that won a National Best Practices Award in 2003 by a consortium of Corporate & Government experts. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Basil had a successful 15-year international corporate career.  He was in leadership positions in the Financial Services industry with responsibilities including Risk Management, Commercial Underwriting, Product Development and Zonal International P&L Management.
